Join me in Chester this October for a practical, compassionate workshop that’ll help you stop tiptoeing around inclusion - and start embedding it for real.
🗓 21st October | 🏨 Moxy Hotel, Chester | 🎟 Limited to 10 people | £125
This is for purpose-led business owners, creatives, and service providers who care deeply about people but need clarity, tools, and confidence to support neurodivergent clients and team members. No jargon, no judgement - just real strategies, honest conversations, and lunch on me.
You care about people. You want your business to be inclusive, welcoming, and genuinely accessible.
But when it comes to neurodivergence, you're not quite sure where to start, and the fear of “getting it wrong” keeps you stuck.
Maybe you’ve tried to learn more, but everything feels clinical, overwhelming, or too abstract.
You’ve seen resources that talk about autism or ADHD, but they don’t translate into what you do in your business.
Or you’ve attended talks that scratched the surface but left you with more questions than answers.
You know neurodivergent people are already in your audience, your community, your team - even if no one’s said it out loud.
And deep down, you suspect some of your well-meant practices might be unintentionally excluding them.
This isn’t about blame. It’s about awareness.
Because when you understand how neurodivergence actually shows up - and what real neuroinclusion looks like - you can stop second-guessing yourself and start leading with confidence and compassion.
This isn’t just another awareness session. It’s a hands-on, real-talk workshop designed to help you understand what neurodivergence actually looks like - and how to build a business that works with people’s brains, not against them.
We’ll dig into what makes a business truly neuroinclusive (spoiler: it’s not just tweaking your fonts or adding a diversity badge).
You’ll walk away with practical tools, honest insight, and the confidence to start making real, meaningful changes.
There’s space for just 10 people - so we can keep it interactive, supportive, and tailored to you.
You’re no longer second-guessing whether your offers are accessible, or worrying that your events might be overwhelming the very people you want to include.
Instead, you’ve got a clear lens for spotting unintentional barriers - and the tools to shift them.
You’ve got language that lands, processes that support, and strategies that make neurodivergent folks feel seen, safe, and welcome.
You’re no longer avoiding inclusion because it feels “too complex” or “too sensitive.”
You’re doing it - intentionally, imperfectly, and with heart.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress.
And once you’ve seen what’s possible, you’ll never go back to business as usual.
“You shone as you shared your knowledge. I learnt so much that I’ll be able to put to good use. Thank you for an informative, powerful day.”
Here's what you get:
A full day of interactive, practical training in a warm, inclusive setting
Real-life examples of how neurodivergence shows up in business - and what actually helps
A simple but powerful framework to audit your own offers, events, marketing, and comms
Honest conversations and space to ask the “awkward” questions without judgement
Tools and strategies you can implement straight away (no need for a big budget or fancy tech)
A printed resource pack to keep and refer back to
A delicious lunch, tea, and coffee are included throughout the day

This isn’t a “sit and listen” session. It’s a get-stuck-in, ask-what-you-really-want-to-ask kind of day.
BEVERLEY FUTIA
“Whilst Joanne has been a client of mine, the learning and support she’s offered me to make my Business Builder Programme inclusive and accessible for ADHD business owners has been invaluable. I’ve also attended one of her workshops - the insights were off the scale. You don’t know what you don’t know, right? Joanne is an expert in her field and incredibly well-educated on this subject.”
ALI FORD
“I attended Jo's recent workshop "Neuroinclusivity Training for business owners" and learned so much. Jo teaches from lived experience and helped me see the areas of my business that I could change to make my processes and shoots more accessible. The day was enjoyable and thoughtfully designed - from timings and venue to food. I left with strategies and system tweaks that will help my clients. Jo has so much more to share - I can't wait to see what she does next!”
LOUISA HOLLINGSWORTH
“I love your teaching style. You created a really safe space where we could share openly - that doesn’t just happen. You made it happen by sharing your own experiences and being so patient. I felt genuinely understood on a lot of different levels.”
Worried you might not know enough to come?
Or that you’ll say the wrong thing?
Or maybe you’re thinking, “Is this really for me?”
Here’s the truth: if you care enough to be asking those questions, you’re exactly the kind of person this workshop is for.
You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need to have the right language.
You just need an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a desire to do better by the people in your world.
And I promise - this isn’t about judgement or perfection.
It’s about giving you the clarity and confidence to start where you are and build something better from there.
I’m Joanne Gibson, a NeuroInclusive Consultant with 20 years of experience in neurodivergence and inclusive education.
I specialise in helping ADHD and AuDHD women in business understand their unique brain wiring, build supportive strategies, and create sustainable businesses that actually work for them. I also work with business owners and organisations who want to go beyond buzzwords - and build offers, events, and spaces that are truly neuroinclusive.
I bring professional expertise, lived experience, and a no-nonsense, compassionate approach. I don’t do tick-box training. I do real talk, deep learning, and practical tools that actually work in the real world.
This workshop is an extension of everything I stand for: honesty, empowerment, and meaningful inclusion.
